Last Mile Management Mobile App Design

From requirements gathering to release, lead the design of a mobile app interface, called ALTO MovUp, that focuses on detecting operational exceptions and activating protocols for real-time monitoring and control of the logistics cycle. The goal was to improve results in the logistics industry in Chile and Mexico. The app was designed to meet the needs of different users and scenarios, turning raw data into user-friendly visual information, thereby enhancing the analysis capability and allowing for faster and more effective decision-making.
